did very well last with the percentage of total awards going up for the
nationwide totals. We reached a strong level of almost 9% of the total perfect
scores awarded to students in the U.S in 2009-2010.

The Math Club begins its 13th Year!

We are now celebrating our thirteenth year! We are looking forward to another year of promoting mathematics enrichment and student development. The teams did very well last with the percentage of total awards going up for the nationwide totals. We reached our highest level of just 11% of the total perfect scores awarded to students in the U.S in 2008-2009.

From the start of The Math Club experience, Joe Quigley acted as a parent volunteer in the Lexington public school system. After years of growth and production of contest materials, we are now celebrating our Tenth Year! We are looking forward to may more years of promoting mathematics enrichment.

A new competition will be sponsored by The Math Club this year called The Applied Mathematics Challenge. The new contest is a complement to the Math Olympiad experience and will be presented at the end of the school year in the Spring of 2006.
